1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ph saya platform at phsaya.co (hereinafter "the Platform," "ph saya," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the User," "you," or "Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

These Terms apply to all services offered through ph saya, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, bingo rooms, sports betting, and any other wagering or gaming services made available by ph saya from time to time. 2. Eligibility & Age Verification

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ph saya makes no representations that the Platform is appropriate or available in locations outside the Philippines. Persons accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of applicable local law.

2.4 Single Account Policy. Each eligible person may register only one (1) account with ph saya. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration. To access the gaming services offered by ph saya, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid Philippine mobile number, a password, and any additional information requested during the KYC process. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate.

3.3 Account Verification. ph saya reserves the right to request identity, address, and payment verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.

3.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your ph saya account at any time by contacting customer support. ph saya also reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is suspected, for regulatory compliance reasons, or pursuant to a request from PAGCOR or other lawful authority.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph saya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and such other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Deposits. All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the Player's own name. ph saya does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed within the account dashboard at the time of deposit. Deposits made in error are not automatically refundable; players must contact support promptly.

4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification, account standing, and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements. ph saya reserves the right to apply standard processing times and to conduct additional due diligence on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally feasible.

4.4 Currency. All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on the ph saya Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered players subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer. ph saya reserves the right to exclude any player from receiving bonuses or to modify or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. 5.4 Welcome Bonus. A welcome bonus, if applicable, is available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Abuse of welcome bonus conditions will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

6. Gameplay Rules & Wagering

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, communication failure, or system malfunction that affects a game outcome or transaction, ph saya reserves the right to void the affected wager or transaction and to return stakes to the Player's account. ph saya's decision on such matters shall be final.

6.4 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the ph saya Platform use independently certified RNG technology. Certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by prior results, account status, or any other variable.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph saya Platform, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and interfaces, is the exclusive property of ph saya or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph saya, its directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. ph saya's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your ph saya account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph saya's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Privacy

Your use of the ph saya Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) of the Philippines. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments to These Terms
